How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Morningphase Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Morningphase Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, start by talking to the provider directly, and keep notes in writing.
Tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Morningphase Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@morningphase.beer and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
