Morningphase Concrete connects homeowners with independent providers. When someone in Lakewood or the Lakewood area asks about a new driveway or patio, we look for a provider in the network who works in that area. You keep running your own business, setting your own prices and choosing your own jobs.

Who we are looking for

We want independent contractors who do new concrete work, such as:

• Driveways and driveway replacements
• Patios, including stamped and decorative finishes
• Walkways, pads and other concrete flatwork

You should know local conditions. Sun at altitude, hail, heavy snow loads and fast spring melt all affect how a slab is poured and cured. Homeowners notice when a provider understands that.

What we expect

Homeowners come to us wanting clear answers. So we ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Answer homeowner calls politely and clearly
• Give written quotes with the full scope
• Explain base prep, drainage and curing in plain words
• Be honest about schedule and weather limits
• Make no promises about results that you cannot keep

Providers are independent. Morningphase Concrete does not direct your crews or your work.
